Hello, I am just a kid who is trying to get through his school year without any problems but of course they are problems let me explain. The new school year started, and my parents left for a week. I was by myself, all alone. I thought to myself this week would be good …. boy was I wrong! I was walking down the street when I stepped on dog poop and tripped and fell in the mud I had to run back and change when I finally came to school, I got double the homework as punishment. I got assigned a project what was 90% of my grade then I got into a fight and was given a two-hour detention after school, but I was so sick of school that I made a run for it and thankfully no one caught me. I was too nervous to take the bus, so I walked home, when I finally got home, I was so tired I passed out on my bed. I woke up the next day late and I realized that did not do any of the projects or homework and I had no time to do it so I scribbled in a bunch of random words and hoped the teacher wouldn’t notice but well she did notice! and I failed half of my classes and I would be dead when my parents come back. But there was a bigger problem, remember when I skipped detention. Yeah they found out and it turns out they put the records of the detention on the computer and my record on entering never came in, so they realized I skipped detention. My detention was doubled. I completed it this time but by the time I was done I was sleepy so when I was getting into the bus, I took the wrong one and to make matters worse I fell asleep, so I was on the other side of town when I woke up. Luckily, I recognized one of the landmarks, so I took the other bus and I went home. After reaching home sweet home, I played video games like never before and fell asleep on the couch.
Next day I actually woke up before the bus came, I changed and came fresh everything was going good until the assembly was called. I accidentally sat on a sandwich and my pants were covered in chocolate I realized people would think I pooped myself so I thought I'd sit it out but then I realized there was PE lesson today, So dumb old me, thought it would be a good idea if I wear my gym clothes. I excused myself to go to the bathroom to wash the stain of my pants but I'm forgot to dry it so everyone thought I peed myself. It was super embarrassing I felt like I was going to pass out before the second period but luckily I didn’t. I didn’t take the bus that day when I went home I opened the door and saw my mother and father waiting for me at first I was confused then they told me that the school called them and told them what happened so they cut their vacation short then I realized I was doomed I got grounded for 1 month and my technology taken away I was bored out of my mind then I thought to myself if I make them food they might cut short the grounding orders and give me my technology back. I really thought that was a good idea so after school I ran to the kitchen and began baking. To be honest I forgot about my mother's cake book so I put random things in the cake. When they came home they were surprised I took out the cake but noticed that it was puffy and big I didn't think much of it and gave it to them. They were very grateful but then the cake started to make weird sounds and then, BANG! it blew up. I realized I had put way too much of everything my parents were fuming, to make matters worse my report came by the mail while they were screaming at me, I thought I was in the clear because I did really well but then I realized the project in the homework and GOD it wasn’t really pretty. I am not going to tell what really happened but after they were done screaming at me the dogs in our neighborhood got whiff of the smell of the cake and followed it and started barking at our door. It got so bad dad had to call pest control to get rid of the dogs but I was kind of grateful that my parents came. Believe me when I’m telling you that if one week without them was so bad I can’t imagine how disastrous the rest of the years would be.
